My bingo cards are printing the wrong size

  • When you print your cards, select the option "fit to page" or "scale to fit".
  • Depending on what software you are viewing the pdf in, the option can look different. Here is an example.
  • When you select this option, the bingo cards will be scaled to fit whatever paper you are using (e.g. A4 or US Letter).

I paid but I haven't received my bingo cards

  • Your bingo cards are sent by email as a pdf attachment. 99% of bingo cards are received within five minutes. You can also download your bingo cards directly from the payment confirmation page as soon as they are ready.
  • If you have not received your bingo cards within five minutes then check your spam and check that you entered the correct email address.
  • If you are still having problemss, get in touch with us on hello@myfreebingocards.com and we will sort the problem out.

I paid and enerted the wrong email address

  • No problem - drop us an email on hello@myfreebingocards.com with the order reference and the correct email address. We will re-send the bingo cards and your payment receipt.
  • You can also access the bingo cards and receipt from the payment confirmation page.

My voucher code won't work

  • Most voucher codes look somthing like E-A1B2C-3D4E5 or D-6F7G8-H9J1K.
  • Please make sure you enter the whole code, then click the "Apply" button.
  • After you click "Apply" one or more of the buttons will turn green and show a new price. You must then click one of the green buttons to proceed.
  • Codes starting with E- are valid for one use within 24 hours. Voucher codes starting with D- are valid for one use within one month.
